Colleen worked in the insurance and investment industry for 15 years in St. Paul. She and her husband moved to Scandia in 1995 and raised their two daughters in their country home. Her part-time job at the City of Scandia as the Treasurer lasted 29 years from which she recently retired. After working in the private and public sectors of finance, she considers her position as Treasurer at New Life, a nonprofit, a trifecta in her finance career. Gardening, especially flowers, is her passion which keeps her outside immersed in God’s marvelous creation.
