At New Life, our children’s ministry seeks to provide a foundation (the love of Christ) for children to grow on. We see supporting, equipping, honoring, and encouraging parents to be primary disciplers as what the Word teaches. (Ephesians 6:4, Proverbs 1-9, Psalm 78, Deuteronomy 6:7)
It is our goal to aid parents in providing tools children need for a deeply-rooted faith in Jesus Christ, a desire to be obedient to Him, and a love for Him that will remain throughout their lifetime.
The children’s ministry theme passage is Ephesians 3:17-19. “So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God” (Eph. 3:17-19, ESV).

Sunday Morning
Families are encouraged to worship together in the service, and we love children to attend the service. New Life Christian Community sees children as a blessing from God and are not a distraction to the service. If children do get restless, we have a Family Center and a Mothers Room where parents can go with their children and continue to participate in service via live stream on the TV’s. For children in the service, we do provide busy bags (bag of small books and coloring activities) geared for children age four – 2nd grade.
Wednesday night Immerse
Children meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m. at the New Life building. The groups are broken down by age
