Barbie Judkins’ favorite verse is 1st John 4:19 because “it’s about love and the kind of love God has for us.” Barbie shows love for her church family by her work with the Sunday meal team, and has been for almost three years. She helps with scheduling, staffing the teams, stocking the kitchen, and making sure everything is done safely and cleanly. Barbie’s favorite part of working with the meal team is “the service we provide to the community. I enjoy the community among those who volunteer.”
Barb loves helping people get involved with the ministry. She is “always looking for volunteers to serve.” Even if you’re not wanting to cook, there’s always a spot to help! Because more than anything, Barb loves “the great variety in age groups” that help with the Sunday meal ministry.
