Emily Pohl

My name is Emily Pohl and I am the executive director of a missions organization called Gospel Joy. Gospel Joy supports local churches to disciple women through inductive audio Bible studies. These Bible studies are recorded to an audio file, in a language they can understand, and in format that mirror’s their learning style. No one needs to be able to read or write to study the Bible. They simply come to the class, listen to the Bible, and are guided through questions that help them understand the passage they are studying. Right now I live in Saint Paul and develop the audio Bible studies and training material that is used all over the world. I travel to different spots that use the curriculum regularly such as Kenya, Zambia, South Africa, and Zimbabwe.
