Youth Ministries

NLYOUTH Mission:

New Life Youth Ministry (NLYOUTH) is built on the gospel of Jesus Christ. Together with the church and with parents of youth, we long to see students surrendered to the authority of Jesus, transformed by the gospel of Jesus, serving the church and community for the glory of Jesus, and prepared to stand firm on Christ after graduation.

NLYOUTH Ministry:

Sunday Night Forge

From 6:30 to 8:00 pm each Sunday night, students (9th-12th grade) gather at the New Life building for fellowship, compelling, Christ-center Bible study, and applicable discussions to grow in faith and Christ-likeness. Students can expect fun times and serious study of the Word. They can look forward to small group discussions that bring the Word into life.

Wednesday Night Foundations

During Immerse (Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm) students from 7th – 12th grades are invited to join in on in depth studies on the foundations of the Christian faith. Each night a question is posed (like, Who is God) and an answer is discovered in the narrative of God’s Word. In the old days, this was called Catechism. Foundations will grow students’ knowledge of the Word and prepare students to walk in a deepening relationship with Jesus.

NLYOUTH Upcoming Events:

Fall Retreat

On Friday, September 29th, through Sunday, October 1st, NLYOUTH (7th – 12th grade) will be traveling to Crescent Lake Bible Camp in Reinlander Wisconsin for fun, community building, and a great study of the Word. Students can expect to learn more about Jesus and enjoy rock climbing and other great activities. The cost for the trip is $110. For more information or to sign up, contact Pastor Chandler.
